Number 35: Keep a diary for at least a month

Completed yesterday! I think it's been useful keeping a diary, particularly as I've been very stressed, and also because there are a lot of things happening (leaving etc.) that I'll want to remember. Within the diary I've made myself find three good points from each day (and highlighting all the good times, just to make myself see how much good there really is each day) and set three goals for the next day, then at the end of the week find five good points and set five goals for the next week. I think those small tasks have helped; something to keep going with, anyway!
